  • Federal agencies that issue policies, monitor and regulate residential lending.
  • State agencies, which our company is licensed and regulated by, to do business with.
  • Maintain a valid National Mortgage licensing System (NML) ID#.
  • Maintain mandatory minimum net worth as established by a state licensing board.
  • Maintain local City and County licenses and registrations.
Proper signage and regulation posting of: Fair Housing/ Equal Opportunity Lending/Licensing of Federal and State compliance, and the Privacy Policy are posted in our corporate office.
